Isla June has a new favorite reading spot. And she can get there all by herself.
On nice days, which is almost everyday in MB, I leave the door open to the balcony so that she may come and go a she pleases.
So now, she grabs her books and heads outside into her swing, climbs up-with book in hand, and will sit and read for 10-15 minutes at a time.
Sometimes, she'll let me read to her while she swings, but mostly, this is her alone time.
And when she's done, she crawls down.
I feel like I blinked and all of a sudden she grew and turned into this toddler.
A smart, sweet, but way too independent toddler.
