Turkey-Veggie Burgers

I'm back with another super easy peasy recipe!  My aunt Jeje taught me to make these while she was living with us (and being a nanny to Isla June last year), and they are still a family favorite.
If you like burgers, these are your jam.

Turkey Veggie Burgers
1 Package Turkey Meat
Mustard
Garlic
Chili Powder
2 Eggs
(I've found that 2 eggs instead of one do a better job of holding everything together)
chopped Green pepper, Red Pepper, Onion, Zucchini, Yellow Squash (1-2 cups worth of veggies)

I don't have any amount because I just throw it all in there.  But for some of you, I know that's crazy.  So here's my best way of explaining it:
Mustard- 2-3 good squeezes of the bottle
Garlic- 2 heaping tablespoons (does this seem like a lot?? if so, good)
Chili Powder 1/2 tablespoon

And as always, I recommend organic ingredients.
We cook ours on the stove top. I do three at a time and they take around 10-15 minutes each. I probably overcook them, I'm terrified of undercooked meat.
Alas, I have no picture of the completed project as my family gobbles them up so fast.  Seriously, they're easy and delicious.  Get on it!
